You can only contact us by email. That’s right 100% email contacts only. You will never receive a paper letter from us asking you to sign up for service. Also, we are 100% business phone free. We don’t answer business phones because we don’t have a business phone number. It’s shocking but true. You will not find an 800, 888 or any phone number for VidPow. Remember, we don’t like paying for things we don’t need. So you will not be able to ask us why our service so inexpensive or why we don’t have a brick and mortar business address. Why is not having a business phone great news? You don’t ever have to worry about getting a telemarketing call from us when you are sitting down for dinner. No one from VidPow will ever call your home or office harassing you for not paying your bill or paying late.
We did not decide to go paperless because we thought it would help the environment. But if it does then that’s great. GO GREEN! We did it because it’s easier to run our business this way. We believe that people need to spend as much time with family and friends that they can stand. We work hard to make VidPow better every day. We get great enjoyment out of our work, but we are not workaholics. To us business phones equal stress. We believe that people work best stress free. People that work for VidPow are not stressed out, so they can provide HELPFUL, CARING, service.
More amazing facts… We don’t believe in paying millions to advertise our company. It would be crazy for us to spend lots of advertising dollars to get people to notice us. Since we offer low cost advertising to businesses all around the world, it would not make much sense if we did not adhere to our own principles. We want people to focus on you not us. Your postings are the best form of advertising. People come to the site to see what the community offers. We are more interested in making our service better than buying up companies to get more market share. We don’t compete for business! We believe that when you doing something better than anyone else you are leading not competing.
